The Massachusetts Digital Health Initiative, or Mass Digital Health, is a comprehensive public-private partnership working to establish Massachusetts as a leading ecosystem for digital health innovation, driving economic impact and improving healthcare costs and quality.Worked with scientist founders to advance their pioneering research, new product development, and ventures in support of human health. Program managed accelerators, events, conferences, grants, venture funding, and support of the digital health ecosystem. Developed communications, showcased founders, highlighted innovations, engaged influencers, managed social media, and drove on-line community. Coordinated cross functional, multi-organization programs, alliances, and initiatives. Led critical talent recruiting at intersections of computer science and health. Researched sector landscapes and product/market needs, conducted due diligence, coordinated research/venture advisory reviews, and tracked portfolio operations and performance.

On team for Radiology focused AI product launch. Working outbound sales, sales process design, integrated portfolio positioning, training for AI/ML natural language processing & campaign execution planning.

AI/ML Business Development - Research, engage & build relationships with physicians, scientists & clinical executives to assess requirements & explore how Watson artificial intelligence & machine learning can deliver patient care, workflow & strategic benefits.Sales Process Improvements - Advising Watson Health sales & marketing leaders on outbound process redesign, top of funnel analysis, qualification tooling, adoption barriers & strategic sales conversations. Worked alongside doctoral team to implement and observe the effects of “exergaming” activity bikes on mental health & behavior in children suffering from acute & chronic psychological/developmental crises. Analyzed complex health data with SPSS, STATA & Excel.Analyzed day-to-day “protected” activity and behavioral data, developed deep understanding of exergaming product, managed product’s implementation, crafted communication between PI and users, and synthesized volumes of publications related to study.

Robert Wood Johnson sponsored venture creatively utilizing cloud+mobile+analytics platform to innovatively combine physical activity and experiential STEM learning for elementary-aged children, including students from underserved populations.Partnered across research, software, IT & user experience teams to define,document, evangelize, trial, deploy & scale new services.Responsible for data collection/validation & statistical analysis using IBM SPSS,STATA & Excel to gain insight on user needs.Designed research, submitted full IRB, received approval for human subject research, and executed formal research study. Supported client trial and product deployments.
