I solicit direct lenders and nontraditional funding sources to create financing programs for my vendors within the fitness industry. We offer SBA loans, equipment leases, business loans, business lines of credit and commercial mortgages for business owners on a national basis and in Canada. I am focused on increasing our portfolio in the health club & golf industries.Accomplishments - I have successfully created many new lender relationships for our company both "A" credit, start ups and for challenged credit applications. I have established a large network of vendors and brokers for equipment leasing, SBA loans, unsecured business loans and commercial mortgages. I was offered seminars at IHRSA trade shows from 2008 - 2010 and both Club Industry trade shows from 2007 - 2011. I published articles in Fitness Management Magazine, Club Business International and a series of three (3) articles for Club Industry Fitness Business Pro.

Contracted through Healthclubexperts.com. Managed two (2) chains of Gold's Gyms located in St Louis and in South Florida that were both losing money and were for sale. Duties included managing all aspects of the business related to sales, marketing, advertising, human resource issues, membership pricing and budgeting.Accomplishments - Arranged for lease financing with First Financial for the St Louis and FL Gold's Gym owners as part of the business turnaround.* The St. Louis chain was sold to Gold's Gym International after a successful business turnaround that was completed in less than nine (9) months. Responsibilities inc. hiring & training of the entire Marketing & Sales Division of all new markets as well as planning all aspects of the grand opening campaigns of clusters of 50,000 SF facilities in major markets including Phoenix; Accomplishments - Successfully opened 12 facilities in 4 major markets in a 2-year period hiring and training hundreds of marketing & sales consultants.

Responsibilities included complete set-up & administration of area facilities; establishing sales & marketing, media & public relations strategies; oversee all legal matters and lease negotiations; hiring and training all on-site sales & service employees.Accomplishments: Maintained a 10-20% pre-tax profit in my subsidiary; developed a computerized tracking system, which was adapted nationally by Bally and later used in Q The Sports Clubs.
