✰ I began my 'separate' narration career in 1985✰ I became the "president" of my own voice performance and narration company in 1997 after 23 years of complimentary experience as a broadcaster. ✰ Things have continued to grow ever since, and I'm grateful and humbled by the confidence of my clients who continue to entrust me with important narration projects.There are so many memorable experiences and stories. One of my favorites was being asked to narrate the disassembly of the space shuttle engine for NASA and Pratt & Whitney. My dad was an A grade machinist. I however, get help from my 13 year old son with IKEA instructions. The combination of actually knowing what most of the tools were, and that oddly male-specific trait of always sounding like you know what you're talking about came in REALLY handy. *Note: This skill is a not always referred to in "quite as positive a fashion" by spouses. Another quick one: As a kid, I admired and was inspired by adventurers, and specifically the people who took their lives in their hands by climbing Everest. It was a dream to narrate The Dark Side of Everest for National Geographic. My narration was used in the version aired and distributed in 27 countries around the world.
