When I started in the plastics industry, I had a goal to leave my mark on the industry. Little did I realize that by making that mark, I also left a scar on the planet. As I advanced in my career, I made it my goal to do the impossible: create products that no one else could, and to do it utilizing environmentally friendly materials.Innovative Mold Solutions was born as a design-engineering company. After building a strong background in engineering-driven contract manufacturing of injection molded products, the goal to make products that everyone said couldn’t be produced had become a reality. IMS then continued to move forward into the contract manufacturing space. Fast forward 15 years to a walk on a plastic waste-covered beach. Seeing the remnants of the first half of my career washed up on the shore made me realize that I needed to switch gears. UrthPact was born from the goal of creating a world where consumption leaves no footprint. As a driven individual with entrepreneurial experience, I’ve learned how to turn ideas into financially viable solutions to problems. With the belief that innovation is the key to moving forward, and an expert background in high-speed, high-capacity, and low-cost injection molding, I’ve built UrthPact to find out-of-the-box solutions to the world’s plastic pollution problem. And we have. Now, the goal is to use our experience and skills to share that solution with the world.

Utilizing my engineering background, I started IMS as a design firm, specializing in designing and building high-speed, high-capacity, and low-cost injection molding systems. As IMS grew, we moved into the contract manufacturing space, and focused on creating products that others said were impossible to produce. Servicing the defense, medical, and consumer products industries, IMS continued to grow its portfolio of Fortune 500 customers.
