The primary responsibility is the oversight of the development management and the construction management of Residential and Commercial projects. This includes managing all consultants, documentation process, vendors and the coordination of various departments including reporting of the budgets and project schedules. Direct oversight of the project from pre-construction, construction, turnover to operations and project closeout.
