Designs custom testing enclosures using computer assisted designed software to support testing of customer products and equipment. Designs prototypes of new equipment to deliver new capabilities to customer based on end-user needs and requirements. Supervises and trains student interns working on projects.

Assists staff research engineers in designing test support equipment and analyzing field test data to improve program of record performance and reliability. Prepared drawing packages and technical documentation for associated projects.

Planned final training evaluations of 26 military police teams and four headquarters organizations which certified their training proficiency against Army objective requirements and allowed them to deploy worldwide in support of Army missions. Catalogued real-world data as the primary point of contact with the Joint Detention Group at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay allowing for maintaining up-to-date and relevant training scenarios.

Supervised and trained an Army heavy construction team of 158 engineers nested with Department of the Army's operational requirements, and maintained 43 heavy vehicles valued at over $40 million. Leveraged construction projects in the nearby area for realistic engineering training, and completed Army directed objective training evaluations which prepared the team for deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of the larger organization's strategic goals.

Led six management level staff officers who concurrently planned and resourced 11 major training events which successfully trained a 5,000-personnel organization according to Department of the Army training requirements in preparation for deployment to the Republic of Korea. Emphasized cross-functional teamwork within the staff to leverage area expertise leading to more realistic and relevant training scenarios for the larger organization.

Supervised twelve personnel who evaluated the tactical and emergency response ability of teams consisting of 150 personnel using both live and remote events, and provided 13 trained and ready teams to the Department of the Army for deployment. Published reports to the larger organization summarizing trends and recommendations which assisted future training audiences in meeting evolving challenges.

Attended the Maneuver Captain's Career Course as part of the professional military education program of the US Army. Learned management and leadership of US Army organizations of 150 soldiers and 20 heavy vehicles valued at $20 million.

Planned and oversaw the forecasting and distribution of resources and maintenance to support operations of a 700 personnel organization. Assisted direct reporting logisticians in managing unit property books and equipment assigned to individual personnel.

Distributed news, current events, and popular culture to local nationals in Paktika, Afghanistan with the cooperation of reporters and 14 contracted radio DJs. Assisted the Afghan government in reaching their people in remote areas using radio, and used news to help the police displace criminal and insurgent elements trying to move into stable areas.

Supervised and trained a section of 30 personnel and maintained direct accountability for their assigned equipment valued at over $10 million. Mobilized the section to Afghanistan and employed them in high risk operations. Utilization of standard operating and risk mitigation procedures resulted in zero injuries to personnel.
