Zie ook: https://www.kinderopvangroermond.nl/De Manager HR (MHR) ontvangt leiding van de bestuurder en maakt deel uit van het Managementteam (MT).De MHR adviseert bestuurder en MT omtrent HR- en organisatie gerelateerde vraagstukken, levert een bijdrage aan strategische overleggen binnen en buiten de organisatie en denkt proactief mee over de ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie, mede op basis van de ontwikkelingen in de branche. De MHR is verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren en onderhouden van de werkprocessen en adviseert over toekomstig HR- en organisatiebeleid. Hiertoe worden projecten en veranderprocessen die betrekking op HR geïnitieerd en begeleid. Er vindt afstemming plaats over verwachtingen, wensen en behoeften van de operatie waarvoor en waarmee HR nauw samenwerkt.De MHR geeft leiding aan het team HR (2 collega’s) en bevordert de samenwerking tussen HR en de andere afdelingen van de organisatie. Bovenal is de MHR ook een meewerkende collega die mee de mouwen opstroopt als dat gevraagd wordt.De MHR levert vanuit HR een bijdrage aan de begroting en het jaarplan. Levert eveneens een bijdrage aan de vormgeving van benodigde managementrapportages. De MHR onderhoudt relevante contacten met voor de organisatie van belang zijnde functionarissen of organisaties (o.a.
