Following great success building the MedTech and DTx business, I was given an opportunity to expand the overall business once again - Mix Talent’s new Technology practice. Focusing on emerging tech industries that have high demand for technical talent. Working with innovative startups within MedTech, Digital Therapeutics, Sports Tech, FinTech, VR/AR Gaming and Autonomous Driving. In year 2, I started building and managing teams of specialist recruiters, predominantly focusing on Engineering (hardware & software), Product, Commercial (sales & marketing), RA/QA and Technical Operations positions nationwide. I hired 4 recruiters throughout the year and closed almost $1M in revenue.

I was hired by Mix Talent to build out and establish the MedTech & Digital Therapeutics (DTx) business within their search practice, providing innovative startups with Talent Acquisition and HR Consulting solutions. My areas of expertise are business development, account management and strategic headhunting. In year 1 with Mix, I was operating by myself, doing 360 recruitment and I was able to bring on 15+ new clients and $600K+ in revenue. As one of the only teams that focus solely on DTx in the US, I built up a strong understanding of the market, the transferable problem sets between organizations and where the best talent can be found. one of the first recruiters to focus on this emerging space, and I was able to land Mix a strategic partnership with the Digital Therapeutics Alliance (DTA) as a resource partner.
