I am a globally-minded, strategy-driven, customer-focused communications and technology executive. With a passion for high-level networking and an entrepreneurial mindset, I am comfortable managing initiatives to solve problems, boost customer experience, and help organizations thrive on a global scale.Recently, as a member of the AWS Infrastructure Planning leadership team for Amazon, I was responsible for providing critical capacity and workforce scaling support for this hyperscaler powerhouse and its customers during explosive and unprecedented growth. I thrive in these positions where I’m constantly required to leverage and keep my eye on the pulse of an ever-changing and consistently expanding market. Previously, through progressive leadership with Accenture, I devised and executed growth strategies and out-performed established sales targets and other key success factors put forward by the organization. I drove sales growth up 28% from 2015 to 2016 and again doubled revenue in 2016, even while investment in the business reduced by almost half. I prided myself in being an industry leader in way of client relationship development as I managed over 20% of Accenture’s largest clients across the world. Prior to Accenture, I ventured head-first into the entrepreneurial world with the establishment of my own technology company focused on consulting and partnerships for emerging broadband, wireless, and VoIP network operators and Web 2.0 service providers. I also provided executive leadership for Level 3 Communications. Throughout my career, I have injected energy and devotion to create extreme success for the teams I led and customers across the globe who counted on me.
