Paul Paul, director and co-founder of Fire Mountain – a luxury chocolate company specialising in single-origin chocolate made from cacao grown in Cameroon – has been combining a career teaching Computer Science at secondary school level with crafting fine chocolate since 2020 and has never looked back.
