Paul is a CBI approved professional with over 25 years of operational improvements, technology adoption and client facing experience in the financial services sector. Paul has strong leadership skills, managing diverse performing teams, coupled with a dynamic work ethic.He is PCF 34 Head of Fund Accounting (Valuations), with hybrid teams located in Maynooth and Ballsbridge sites of Waystone Group, working primarily on regulated Irish domiciled investment funds, such as UCITS and AIFs. In his career to date has significantly contributed to various strategic projects across data vendors, procurement, finance, learning & development, outsourcing, HR initiatives, cyber security, and CSR.He has worked globally in previous fund administration roles, with Citi and BNP Paribas on a variation of fund types (including hedge / alternatives) and asset classes, servicing a global reach of clients and investor bases, with a continued drive to bring efficiencies to the table. He also has merger and acquisition operational experience from Capita plc and Link Group initiatives, in helping driving change.He is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with a first-class honours Bachelor of Business (specialising in Economics and Finance) degree from South East Technological University. He is Chair of Irish Funds Emerging Tech & Innovation working group and Chair of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Business Leaders Forum panel. Finally he is an avid swimmer, and recently took third place in the annual historic Liffey swim in Dublin (2021).
