Budgetary responsibility for funding all projects related to fulfilling the BSM 3 year roadmap, which includes building the business case and calculating TCO. Dotted line responsibility for 6 FTE resources, and all contracting resources required to support the BSM roadmap.

Directly responsible for creating and executing the technical sales strategy for strategic customers. This includes driving strategic initiatives for fortune 100 companies. Designing, demonstrating and proving cross discipline capabilities driving all aspects of IT transformational activities. Providing thought leadership and best practices for IT transformation projects driven through metrics and solid business plans for realizing true business value.

Personally responsible for establishing an overall Enterprise Systems Management mission, defining the program charter, and setting both short-term and long-term goals. Designed a complete Enterprise Systems Management platform including monitoring, business service management, service management, configuration management, asset management, automation, and service level management.

Designed and implemented a Business Service Management strategy, which included a complete uplift of the existing event management infrastructure. Designed and implemented an End User Monitoring system to provide key end user performance status and metrics to align with Business Service Management. Crafted an end to end Business Service Management process and integrated it into the project delivery backbone to enable ongoing build out of service maps.

Responsible for the design and implementation of an end-to-end Enterprise Systems Management process; including Remedy Incident, Problem, Change, and Enterprise Event Management utilizing IBM Netcool Object Server as a Single Pane Glass View of all events across the enterprise. Provided monitoring, performance, and availability reporting of the entire global network environment. The monitored environment included all networking devices, UNIX and Windows servers, and critical business applications such as Financials and Online Game Gaming.
