Databases produced over 30 reports that were used to analyze expenditure rates, obligations, cash on hand, state set-aside funds and other key data elements for approximately two billion dollars in Federal funds each quarter. Databases were used to aggregate raw data from a variety of sources encompassing large and diverse populations in order to identify risk.
