This was a front line support group for both internal and external partners to Microsoft. Working to help with any release issues they may have. This included Code Sign, and a number of internal processes, working as a liaison between the customer and other tiers of support were required.

During this time I worked for the Small Form Factor and Mobility group within the Global Engineering Section of IT. My role involved the creation and maintenance of a secure automated corporate build for Pocket PC devices.
