Liaising with the other designers to speed up the mould design process, to achieve better lead times, and thus improve customer satisfaction. Creating mould manuals for customers on the completion of a mould, which contain maintenance procedures, water circuit diagrams, critical dimension reports, steel certificates of conformity, steel hardening records, bills of materials, spares list, 2D drawings and 3D models.
