Detail-oriented student looking to take the next step towards the future. I have experience with WIndows, Linux, MacOS, Android, and iOS, including repairing physical issues, solving various network-based issues, general upkeep and maintenance.My current software experience is in all areas of installation and upkeep, including but not limited to on site and remote maintenance of workstations and servers including updating/maintaining both the OS and other drivers, network analysis and optimization, creating backups as well as analyzing/optimizing performance of machines. Some specific software I have experience with are Microsoft Office, AD and GP, Stratos, SMT, EDMT and ServiceNow, Ivanti, RDP, SAP NetWeaver S4/HANA, VMWare, SplashTop, TeamViewer and other various live-assist software.My networking experience includes but is not limited to configuring firewalls, SonicWalls and other NGFWs/UTMs, creating and optimizing LAN infrastructure, server implementation and maintenance, LAN/WAN/VPN+VMWare administration, and identifying/resolving various other network issues in regards to workstations and servers alike. I have a decent amount of experience with Cisco switches, and have configured trunks, vlans, etherchannels, port channels and subinterfaces, etc. I have also configured and maintained a LAN for PoS systems and printers, correcting any errors experienced and optimizing the layout to prevent further errors.My hardware experience includes building and repairing desktops and laptops, mobile devices, and other hardware. I have built computers and workstations from scratch, as well taken them apart to upgrade or provide various maintenance including installing various parts to replace broken ones, repairing or replacing fans, general cleaning/repasting, installing new ports and screens into laptops and phones, etc. I also have experience installing and configuring printers, both physically and across a network, instructing others on how to do so, and performance monitoring/overclocking/optimization of windows systems.Some languages I have experience with are HTML and CSS, Visual Basic for Applications, Python, and Javascript.
