About Paul Betts

I am an experienced Executive Manager with a history of improving organisation performance through the power of people. I have worked across multiple sectors in the South Pacific including Supply Chain Logistics, Manufacturing, Education Management, and Welfare.Having worked in people management for nearly 20 years I believe that a thriving organisation is the outcome of an environment in which people thrive. My love for ocean swimming keeps drawing me back to the sea for a couple of laps across Cabbage Tree Bay each Saturday and I work hard to retain my status as a hack triathlete.
