With the Babson Consulting Alliance program (BCAP), I worked with a team to deliver a strategy map and solutions for how the German textile company should brand, market, and distribute their jacket line First-B into the US. This involved quantitative and qualitative reasoning, Gantt charts, fishbone diagrams, financial modeling, risk triangulation, and a variety of analysis. We concluded the project with a 3-hour presentation to the owner and CEO of Bertels.

Built CYC brand equity by improving operations and program of the tennis club, increasing member participation and involvement. Provided tennis committee (over 10 active members), with continuous information to promote engaged membership. Produced a positive, productive, and organized work environment, through careful hiring and development of 9 employees. Managed maintenance of 8 clay (har-tru) tennis courts, clubhouse and facilities, including selective merchandise in pro shop. Operated tennis camps for over 200 juniors and 200 adults. Organized tournaments and weekly special events, with weekly newsletter and updates.
