Reporting directly to the President, responsibilities of the Head, BD&P include:i) Support the president in the quarterly reviews of the business units to track and ensure adherence to plan and ensure KPIs are met at company level ii) Support the President in the drafting of the key messages for the quarterly financial results announcementsiii) Develop the ST Kinetics strategic business plan by working with business units to craft strategic directions. Identify and evaluate growth strategies and M&A opportunities for respective business segments with alignment to the ST Kinetics strategic business planiv) Explore, identify and pursue new business opportunities via exhibitions, visits, customer engagements etc, linking up with the corresponding business units and track the engagements and developmentsv) Explore M&A opportunities and support the M&A process to ensure compliance to company guidelines

i) Responsible for the vehicle MRO operations and profit & loss of the Mobility Systems Divisionii) Managed 220 staff comprising of managers, engineers and technicians in 4 departments responsible for the MRO operations and Preservation of Military Tracked and Wheeled Vehicles, operating in 11 sites, generating about S$50 million annuallyHighlights:i) Successful transformation of the MRO workshop and its processes based on the LEAN methodology resulting in significant increase in productivity, leading to a 50% increase in PBT (YOY) in 2015.

i) Managed 200 staff comprising of managers, engineers and technicians in 3 departments responsible for the various manufacturing operations such as welding, CNC machining, assembly and system integration for Military Tracked and Wheeled Vehicles, operating 7 workshops, producing about 100 vehicles annuallyHighlights:i) Successfully led the Production Team in the transformation of the production line based on LEAN methodology in collaboration with Deloitte Consulting resulting in 20% increase in productivity and 50% reduction in workshop space
