CurrentMy practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, products liability, and civil and criminal fraud. In addition to representing clients in a wide range of commercial disputes involving contracts, non-compete provisions, and business torts, I have represented individuals and businesses in governmental investigations and civil suits brought by the United States Attorney's Office, Minnesota Attorney General's Office, and Minnesota Department of Commerce. I have also conducted internal investigations in the healthcare industry into matters concerning state and federal regulatory compliance and have criminal trial experience both as a former state prosecutor and as a private criminal defense attorney, where I successfully represented clients accused of criminal fraud.
