I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Cognitive Neuroscience with a Master's in Interdisciplinary Data Science (MIDS) at Duke University. Co-mentored by Drs. Walter Sinnott-Armstrong and Scott Huettel, my research explores the neural mechanisms underlying moral judgments and decision making, social decision making, implicit bias, and other higher cognitive functions. I use behavioral tasks, neuroimaging, and causal and computational modeling to investigate these areas. I also work with Drs. Eyal Aharoni, Jana Schaich Borg, Sarah Gaither, and Gregory Samanez-Larkin. My work is supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF GRFP). I hold Visiting Researcher affiliations with Stanford and Yale. Additionally, I am an Adjunct Professor at my alma mater, Southern Connecticut State University.Prior to coming to Duke, I served from 2013 – 2018 as a Marine Corps Machine Gunner before receiving a B.S. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University in 2021.
