Founding Alpine Appraisal Group in 2009 after seeing a need for a higher level of service in the real estate appraisal market. A proud University of Washington alum, I was born and raised in Seattle, bringing a deep understanding of the local market to his work.With a solid academic background and a commitment to excellence, I specialize in providing accurate and comprehensive appraisals for various property types. With over 20 years of appraisal experience my meticulous attention to detail paired with a greater understanding of the real estate process has helped me excel in the Puget Sound real estate landscape.In addition I am the directot of Business Development at Enclaves a property management company which specializes in short term vacation rentals. At Enclaves I facillitate working relationships with property owners and business partners in the Puget Sound region.In my free time I enjoy coaching my daughters soccer team and cheering for my son’s baseball teams. I also have a strong love of the Alpine you can also find me hiking and skiing in the PNW mountains with my family on the weekends.
