My professional career has included Financial Management in companies ranging from Avis Car rental to various SME outsourcing contracts.My positions have all required strong team leadership, motivation, streamlining policies, customer conflict resolution and acute decision making. In Avis, I proactively led the Finance customer service and operational dealer contracts demonstrating excellent customer relations. I set up the VBC network group that consists of many highly skilled business individuals.I have incorporated blended training, operational and financial acumen enabling the development of talents and team building in line with all organisational goals and objectives. The returns of this have been strong business and operational management leading teams to develop management performances. I also work extremely well under pressure and deliver solutions to company contract deadlines. My training courses entailed team and team building motivation, customer service and effective communications and time management.
