Key elements include a complete rerouting of the entire bus network, adding new Express Link service for suburb to suburb transit, adding a new high frequency color coded service "City Link" on 12 key corridors, connecting to each other, Light Rail and Metro Subway, implementation of five miles of bus only lanes on downtown streets in Baltimore, construction of transit hubs with bike and car share and real time signage, installation of Transit Signal Priority on buses and key intersections & a cohesive rebranding of the system and 5,000 new bus stop signs.
