With over 45 years of work experience, I am a passionate and visionary leader in the hospitality and investment sectors. I have founded and scaled two successful businesses, Quest Apartment Hotels and C&D Capital, that have delivered exceptional value to customers, partners, and stakeholders. I am also a committed philanthropist, serving on the board of the Constantinou Foundation, which supports various causes in health and education. I strive to create a positive impact in the world through innovation, collaboration, and social responsibility.Most recently, I was the Chairman and Founder of Quest Apartment Hotels, the largest Serviced Apartment provider in Australasia and the leader in business-format franchising within the accommodation industry. I established Quest in 1988, after identifying a gap in the market for the extended-stay traveller, particularly those travelling for business. I grew Quest to more than 170 properties in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the United Kingdom, offering quality, comfort, and convenience to guests. I sold my remaining equity to The Ascott Limited, a Singaporean company, in June 2021, after a long and fruitful partnership. I leveraged my skills in hospitality, new business development, and franchising to build a strong and sustainable brand that has won multiple awards and recognition.
