My ignition was sparked when I found myself working on a St Kilda Road construction site with winter fast approaching. I was cold, unhappy in my role and I wanted to pursue a career where I could use other skills.Having enjoyed my time in construction, I decided to stay involved any way I could. And so, I joined an international recruitment firm and benefited from one of the best training programs in the recruitment industry. From there, I furthered my success within a boutique agency, where the flame grew bigger and 3D Commercial’s inception was born.
