I am an engineer with broad technical, leadership and management experience. My competencies are across the engineering design, construction, operational and management disciplines.I have over 25 years’ experience of projects engineering, civil construction, ME&I implementation, commissioning and management roles across the rail, water & wastewater, green energy and infrastructure sectors.I have extensive experience in contracts and construction management of turnkey and EPCM capital projects. Projects and site management functions including developing the responsibilities of parties, formulating & implementing the project program (GANTT), management of specialised multi-disciplinary teams, establish and schedule the labour resource plan, construction and site management and reporting, H&S implementation, cost and change control, commissioning and handover of over 30 Capital green and brownfield turnkey projects.I am NEBOSH accredited and a full member (MAPM) of the Association for Project Management.I have worked on capital projects for European blue-chip companies including: AB Inbev, Diageo, SABMiller, Nestle and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) being fully conversant with NEC and & FIDIC conditions of contract, CDM and H&S regulations, British and European Standards.
