I am a partner at Pryor Cashman and member of its Art Law Group. I have spent my entire career in private practice focusing on art-related matters including, most recently, as a partner at Olsoff Cahill Cossu. I provide counsel on transactional and litigation/dispute resolution matters to auction houses, non-profit institutions, galleries, artists, collectors and other members of the arts community. My transactional focus includes drafting and negotiating time-sensitive purchase, sale, consignment, loan, commission, and security agreements for a broad array of galleries, artists, collectors, and art dealers.I have litigated a variety of art-related cases in state and federal courts, including matters related to forged art, stolen art, copyright infringement claims, violations of New York's Arts & Cultural Affairs Law, and breach of contract claims.
