From 2006 to 2016, I focused on building a team that delivered exceptional personalized service by carefully matching outstanding employees with great small to middle-market companies where every client's hire was meaningful to their business. Our goal at DHA was to make long-term career matches by skillfully applying a personal touch to the people business of Talent Acquisition. After 2016, I transitioned to a Consulting role working with my clients like CIM Group, Yamaha Music, Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Dynamic Automation and many others on longer term transformational projects.

4 years (less a brief break), 3 offices and an experience that I will never forget.

(A slight diversion from my time at RHI) I was hired to restructure Knurr's US sales force and refocus the company's product line. After closing the San Jose sales office and laying off the Canadian design team, I began shifting the sales mix from large server racks and custom technical furniture to mobile carts targeting the Healthcare and Medical Device industries. Early success was quickly limited as the company was being packaged for sale. The investment required for relevant inventory necessary to support new growth wasn't available and I returned to my former employer. The division/wholly owned company was formally known as Knurr USA, a division of Knuerr GmbH headquartered in Germany, owned by the private equity firm 3i and was sold to Emerson.

Financial Advisor & Retirement Plan Consultant for business owners and executives, also held the role of Branch Training Advisor supporting the Branch Manager in recruiting and training of both new and established brokers.

Responsible for all operations, finance and engineering. Saw the company through several periods of transition and significant growth, ending in the successful sale of its assets at a premium to their market value.
