Senior Associate Litigation Solicitor

I am a Senior Associate and I deal with, and have many years of experience in building and construction litigation. Alongside this I also assist clients with, and have years of experience in commercial litigation disputes.In addition, I am able to provide advice and assistance in relation to building and construction contracts and general commercial contracts.Further, I am able to assist clients in regards to employment disputes and employment contract advice, and in particular unfair dismissal and similar employment disputes.

I am a Lawyer with a firm by the name of Ferraro and Co, in Sunshine. I continue to assist clients in the areas of commercial litigation as well as employment law including where employees and employees are in dispute (such as unfair dismissals) and where they are not.In addition I now assist clients in relation to a wide variety of other types of legal work such as drafting commercial agreements of various types as and when necessary, and drafting of Wills.I have recently completed a Masters in Applied Law (Commercial Litigation) through the College of Law.I have previously been an Associate at Harwood Andrews Ballarat, having previously been with Cuthberts (who were incorporated into the Harwood Andrews Group as of 1 July 2013) in the same type of role.I was admitted to practice in October 2009 after completing a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) at Deakin University.I focus on providing commercial and cost-effective legal advice.
