I carry out assignments where I advise on, and then help implement, these strategies. I have worked with a number of private clients and also directly for NAMA, AIB, Ulster Bank, Certus/Bank of Scotland (Ireland), Failte Ireland, Invest Northern Ireland, kavanaghfennell/Deloitte, Grant Thornton, Focus Consulting, UCD and Resources Global Professionals.I have been assisting businesses since 2008, helping them to change and implement their processes and procedures leading to superior operational efficiencies, more imaginative sales & marketing techniques and tighter financial controls.
