I was involved in the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) Smart City program, delivered in Dubai by Orange Business Services.Based in Lyon (France), I was in charge of synchronising 6 projects and 6 teams within this IT program - 1) iViva Hypervision service, 2) LORA network deployment, 3) Data Analysis service, 4) an Energy Management tool, 5) ESB tool to connect other services and 6) global monitoring service. As these teams were localised in France and the customer was based in the UAE, I was the point of contact for transversal subjects among projects and in charge of escalations to the management.

Smart Cities in Middle East: I worked for 2.5 years in Doha for the Qatar Division of Orange Business Services (OBS) as a Smart City consultant to develop business in the Middle East. Involved in a Smart Cities Programme in Doha, I had to coordinate on a daily basis the production teams in France and the local customer in Doha.Data Analytics & Enterprise Energy Management: The two major projects I managed were the most important part of this digital programme: on the one hand the Enterprise Energy Management service led the savings of the green district which complied with LEED standard, and on the other hand Data Analytics service which covered data management for the overall programme.International Project Management and Splunk Enterprise: With a team of Business Analysts in Doha, we have gathered and structured the Business Requirements; when the scope was clarified, I helped the remote team to produce a detailed WBS and to implement the software on top of the Splunk Enterprise platform, with the expected quality level. Then on a daily basis, I reported risks and issues to the customer and the Orange management and helped the team in France to follow processes and keep connected to the stakeholders.Presales and People Counting: I was in charge of the start of the People Counting service. From the requirements gathering with customer and the suppliers’ selection to the final presentation, I also structured the P&L and organised internal solution reviews with Orange management.
