In my current position as Principal Engineer I am responsible for the following:1. The design and delivery of Microsoft based solutions for Intertek's global data centres, Azure Public Cloud and over 1000 remote field sites.2. Managing a global team of over 10 full time engineers who are responsible for Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune + Configuration Manager), System Center Operations Manager and Active Directory Certificate Services (PKI).3. A member of Intertek's Global IT RDC Leadership Team, actively contributing to the Global Engineering and Architecture strategies within the company.Recent Projects I have lead have been:1. Global deployment of System Center Configuration Manager to over 30,000 endpoint devices and 2000 servers within multiple datacentres.2. Global redesign and consolidation of Active Directory including moving Directory Services into Azure 3. Global deployment of Datacentre and Public Cloud Monitoring using System Center Operations Manager4. Global deployment of Azure services such as IAAS based workloads, Azure Automation, Hybrid Azure Monitoring and Microsoft M365/EMS stack.
