Selected Projects:- The Maltings, Salisbury - Retail-led regeneration scheme : Masterplan for substantial waterside regeneration scheme close to the city centre including A1 and A3 retail, cinema and residential units. 2013-2015- Stead Street, London - 77 Residential Units : High density residential scheme located in the Elephant & Castle. 2012-2016- University of Buckingham Campus Development Framework: Comprehensive framework for the growth and expansion of the University over the next 20 years. 2011—2012- London 2012 Olympic Park Legacy Masterplan Refresh: A collaborative design exercise refreshing the emerging Olympic Park legacy masterplan focusing on the creation of residential neighbourhoods. 2011- Newington Causeway, London - 22-storey residential tower: 22 storey super-high density residential tower on a very constrained small triangular site in Central London, located at the gateway to the Elephant & Castle. 2008-2010- Bear Lane, London - Dense Mixed-Use Residential Development: Award-winning 90 unit residential led mixed-use development on triangular site in Southwark. 2005-2006- East Cowes, Isle of Wight - Masterplan. 2004-2005 - Christ’s Lane, Cambridge- Mixed-Use Development: Mixed use development in a sensitive site in Cambridge city centre. 2002-2008- Middlesbrough Town Hall and Central Library: Redevelopment of the Victorian Town Hall and proposals for new central Library / refurbishment and extension of existing libraries. 2003-2005, - Princesshay Exeter - Retail-led Mixed-Use City Centre Regeneration: Exemplar mixed-use city centre regeneration scheme. Panter Hudspith were responsible for 5 buildings within the masterplan including a department store, retail units, housing and restaurants. 2001-2004.
