- manage a team of Account Strategists, on 3 highly competitive Markets (France/UK/Germany)
- implement a MidMarket strategy to manage our medium-sized accounts at scale
- align onboarding and client management processes with our teams in Los Angeles and Sao Paulo

Achievements
- Grow our MidMarket clients portfolio from 5 to 40 in 6 months
>85% retention rate, on a Beta product (vs target of 75%)
