Successful onboarding was completed in December 2020. It was agreed with the HRIS management that 80% of my role would be supporting UK Pensions, with 20% still supporting HRIS – Reward. BP UK Pensions has a 80,000 membership made up of active employees, retired employees and deferred members.Overall responsibility for the implementation, development and operation of all UK Reward and Penson systems required in the operation of BP’s Global Reward processes and Defined Benefit Pension schemes;Also having significant interaction with HRIS colleagues still supporting solutions for Flexible Benefits arrangements within the UK.Member of the project board selecting and then leading the delivery of a new integrated Pensions administration, Responsible for running RFI and RFP selection process, including evaluation and scoring, working closely with procurement.This went live successfully in April 2016 with a £55M monthly payroll to pensioners, including annual pension Increases, 40+ integrated workflows and a comprehensive range of automated pension calculations.
