I manage large online communities for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) - The health and social care regulator in England. This is a large and complex public body, with an annual government grant of £249M and more than 2,500 full-time staff.These communities have more than 100,000 members as of March, they’ve more than doubled in size in my time at the CQC.
