I particularly focus on the challenging leadership transition to a new, larger or more complex role.This utilises a combination of significant commercial and talent management expertise I gained from previous Senior Finance, COO and Talent Management roles at KPMG, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and more recently as EMEA Head of Talent Practice at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. These transitions required the development of a new set of capabilities in relation to the leadership of people, culture and the delivery of large scale talent initiatives, providing me with the ideal platform for my overall approach, together with an appreciation of the complex environments in which senior leaders operate.
