More importantly, my role is also to ensure that solutions using InterSystems technology are successful, to provide continuity of technical guidance throughout the life of the project, and to bring together the combined experience of InterSystems people across many projects to provide trusted advice to each of my customers. InterSystems is rightly proud of its technical advice, assistance and support , and is very highly ranked by customers and by Klas.My area of special expertise is healthcare interoperability and regional shared care records. I am the technical solution lead for multiple shared care record solutions across NHS England, and I also provide technical advice and assistance to many NHS trusts as they use the Health Connect integration engine as the core of their system interoperability both within the organisation and with other organisations, whether the integration is using FHIR, HL7v2, REST services, SOAP services, other healthcare standards or local standards.InterSystems is committed to providing support for NHS standards in its products, and I also specialise in the development of support for NHS Spine services in Health Connect, including accredited support for GP Connect, MESH, DBS and Spine Mini Services Provider.👉 My goal - Is to ensure that InterSystems healthcare customers in the UK are very successful and highly confident in the use of InterSystems software in their projects.
