Accountable for driving revenues and profits in four distinct product categories—InsurTech, FinTech, Technology Trade-In, and Technology Repairs—spanning both consumer and business sectors. Within the InsurTech realm, I held a comprehensive portfolio of responsibilities, encompassing FCA regulation, strategy development, fronting, underwriting, product innovation, product and proposition development, go-to-market strategy and execution, channel performance, policy administration, claims management, supplier management, and P&L delivery. My oversight of the remaining three product categories extended to FCA regulation (FinTech), strategy development, product innovation, product and proposition development, go-to-market strategy, partner commercial negotiations and contracts.

Accountable for the turnaround, stabilisation and growth of O2's InsurTech product category spanning both the consumer and business sectors. This role held full accountability for every aspect of the InsurTech business, including full P&L management.

Accountable for spearheading the expansion of CPP's FSA-regulated InsurTech product by strategically navigating new and existing business landscapes. My impact extended across leading collaborations with major mobile telecom operators and electronic retailers in the UK and Ireland, including O2, EE, Vodafone, Three, and Virgin Mobile. Additionally, I provided strategic industry, product, and commercial leadership to CPP's global business units.

Accountable for maximising value from the current product portfolio and discerning new growth prospects through collaborative ventures and strategic acquisitions throughout Europe. This endeavour necessitated extensive stakeholder engagement across local countries and with the parent company, Cendant, to enhance long-term shareholder value.
