About Paul Decker

Paul founded the Renegade Thinking Group to meet the needs of organizations trying to keep to their strategic priorities, while still thinking creatively. He sits on several Boards. He Co-founded The Maverick Innovation Lab and became a certified Human Center Design Facilitator. Revolutionizing the region's education, manufacturing, software development, analytics and organizational change capabilities to create many more exciting career opportunities is his mission!Paul survived a harrowing battle with cancer and demonstrates fierce determination in his daily life, occasionally sharing his inspiring story as a keynote speaker. He practices Servant Leadership as current Chairman of the Waukesha County Board of Supervisors.Paul earned experience and success in selling, managing and product development. He has traveled extensively through out North America, Europe and Asia,bringing his total life experience to his Work, Speeches, Training and Teaching. Keeping it fresh and fun as a life long learner, who shares his ups and downs, he is honest and engaging!
