I am Head of Product Innovation at Cardinal and have 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of insurance systems.Cardinal is an InsurTech solutions business with over 22 years of insurance systems expertise, that leverages technology to overcome industry inefficiencies and seamlessly connects all players in the short-term insurance value chain.My role at Cardinal includes leading the product development teams who build all insurer products for the Cardinal C360 system, including domestic, commercial, SASRIA, specialty products, rating, and VAPs, as well as ensuring the team manages delivery timelines and client expectations effectively. Before Cardinal, I worked for civil engineering consulting firms, where I provided civil and structural designs. I am a co-owner at Cardinal and co-founded the company with three other partners in 1998.Standout achievements in my career include co-founding and growing Cardinal from a small 4-person company to the business it is today and being involved in designing and developing the initial software which resulted in the growth of the business within the insurance market. I am passionate about the insurance industry and combine extensive experience with a deep understanding of & track record in architecting client requirements and dedication, persistence, and compassion for the industry.
