Joined Oshi at the end of 2019, contributing as a key member of the leadership team during the company's transition to a telehealth GI clinic. Actively involved in shaping and driving the strategic direction of this transformation.- Led the expansion of the engineering team from 3 to 13, focusing on developing a broad range of skills including React-JS/React Native, Salesforce, data engineering, QA, and PM functions, while fostering a culture of innovation.- Played a central role in initiating and launching a mobile-first web application for member registration, using React-JS/Amplify/Node Lambda. Simultaneously oversaw the rollout of Android and iOS mobile apps to facilitate member access to telehealth services and support care coordination.- Oversaw the establishment of the Salesforce Healthcloud clinician platform, beginning in 2020. Initially engaged consultants to kickstart the project, then strategically hired four full-time engineers who were instrumental in building and evolving the platform. The system is a cornerstone of clinical and operational workflows, consistently expanding to integrate more clinical processes with evolution of the clinical model.- Pioneered the company’s data management strategy by developing the Oshi data platform. This project linked various cloud services to a PostgreSQL data warehouse, greatly improving our analytics and business intelligence capabilities, especially in collaboration with Tableau. Transitioned to a full-time data engineer in 2023.- Established the company’s security and compliance function, leading to a successful SOC 2 type 2 certification. This achievement was a result of thorough process management and strategic team building, including the hire of a dedicated compliance manager.- Managed and enhanced technical operations, addressing a variety of needs from partner utilization reporting to member marketing, issue reporting, and desktop support, contributing to the smooth running of our operations.

Provide technical leadership and management oversight for both public Web applications and backoffice reporting system.* Project management and resource planning responsibility for projects to re-architect core consumer - facing Web platform. The project is a ground-up redesign and rebuild of a core business product, moving it from VBscript/VB to C#.NET. The new system is a true N-tier system with dedicated application layer machines exposing a Web service interface through WCF. Load testing has shown that the new system tripled performance over the previous version.* Answerable for development timelines and code quality for Speedpay consumer-facing Web and reporting products, in a client-centric and time-sensitive line of business.
