In 2002 two well-established port operators, Hessenatie and Noord Natie, pooled their centuries of experience to become one of the leading players in the port of Antwerp. Immediately following the merger, the new company was taken over by PSA International, one of the largest port groups in the world, with headquarters in Singapore.PSA Antwerp operates 4 container terminals and 1 multipurpose terminal in the port of Antwerp. Three of these are located in front of the locks: the Deurganck, the Noordzee and the Europa Terminal. Two others are located behind the locks: the MSC Home Terminal (50/50% joint venture with MSC) and the Churchill Terminal. Over 80% of the containers that come into Antwerp pass through one of these terminals.Responsibilities:Led 10 person cross-functional team of external and internal specialists in creating and delivering a global email environment. Responsible for planning and boarding multiple terminals worldwide (e.g. Portugal, Italy, Panama, South-Korea).Project led to a global collaboration platform, which allows all terminals involved to implement cost savings.
