I have a passion for human enablement across all facets of life and I work diligently to promote and organize our efforts around people development, anchored by our rock process. Below are the results under my tenure.Personal- 25% of us made major health improvements from quitting smoking or drinking, to eating better, to starting a fitness routine. - 20% of us made major behavioral changes such as better self-control and decision making, being more supportive and more generous with our time.- We built a world class gym and ~10% of us use it regularly.Career- Each year 10% of us earn a promotion.- 10% of us achieve one or more certifications annually.- We invest regularly to improve everyone’s ability to work most efficiently.- In 2022 we remodeled our showroom, kitchen, bathrooms, and added a shower to improve our office experience.- We regularly win national industry awards recognizing our accomplishments.Family- We created a trade-school scholarship in MOSS Mission.- 10% of us have had their children hired at MOSS either full-time, or over the summer as interns.- We have unlimited PTO and a very flexible work schedule and provide all the technology to operate 100% remote, enabling optimization of work/family time.Community- Every year we receive $100 from MOSS Mission to donate to a charity of our choice.- We’ve contributed over $500,000 to local non-profits.- We enable all of us to donate our time as a part of our community event partnerships.Financial- We have a robust profit-sharing plan that annually has paid out 25-50% of all profits to employees.- Every year we target all employees to earn more than the previous year with a minimum of 75% of employees reaching this target.- In 2022 we had the largest percentage contribute to retirement and made the largest corporate match.- We work with employee to improve their finances, helping many improve their credit score, sell their houses, and purchase a home.
