Served as day-to-day point of contact for corporate clients in the actuarial, architecture, finance, information technology, manufacturing, natural resources, not-for-profit, scientific research and development sectors. Representative matters: Facilitated the preparation of E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, J-1, L-1, Blanket L-1, O-1 and TN nonimmigrant petitions; Responsible for oversight, execution and review of the immigrant visa process, including the Labor Certification process, EB-1 petitions (Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers/Professors and Multinational Managers/Executives), EB-2/EB-3 petitions and Adjustment of Status applications; Advised clients on naturalization process and retention of permanent resident status during assignments abroad; Represented clients at local USCIS offices in connection with adjustment of status and naturalization interviews; Prepared responses to Requests for Evidence and PERM audits; Advised clients with respect to Form I-9 compliance and provide Form I-9 due diligence assessments.
