Paul Head is vice president of casting and development for Bodega Pictures, responsible for identifying and fostering new talent and buzzy IP for Bodega’s original development slate. Shepherding new talent from concept to screen as well as overseeing casting for current series, his credits include hit series sMothered and documentary special Big & Little (TLC), as well as Rehab Addict Rescue starring Nicole Curtis (airing on both HGTV and Discovery +) and Tiny Luxury (HGTV). Head has cast, developed and sold additional Bodega projects to HGTV, TLC, Food Network and CMT. With nearly 15 years of casting and development experience, Head previously served as senior casting director for Cineflix Productions (History’s American Pickers, HGTV’s Property Brothers) casting projects for National Geographic, FYI Network and History Channel. As a freelance casting producer, Head cast such hit series as ABC’s genre-defining Supernanny, NBC’s Momma’s Boys (executive produced by Ryan Seacrest), A&E’s acclaimed weight-loss series HEAVY and Strange Days with Bob Saget, OWN’s Inside Rehab, TLC’s Married by Mom and Dad and MTV’s Parental Control.
