The company revolutionized the industry by launching Energy Saving Synthetic Products and Services and becoming the 1st Energy Star Partner manufacturer, pioneered key Construction, Mining, Marine, Food Grade and Biodegradable markets, added custom blending and private-labeling, smoothly integrated several acquisitions while hiring and training more than 1,000 new field service reps to expand worldwide distribution to more than 110 countries.Early in his career, Paul served as Vice President and General Manager of the company’s European subsidiary optimizing the manufacturing operations, writing and implementing a total Quality Management System (QMS) and attaining ISO Certification. Prior to SWEPCO, Paul was a senior manager for DHRG, a publicly traded group of recruiting agencies and began his career in New York with Lebenthal & Co, a Wall Street Investment Firm.
