Directs all affordable housing, community development, and transportation activities for the Tribe. Affordable housing activities include the acquisition and construction of rental housing, down payment assistance, emergency rental assistance, homeowner rehabilitation, and rental property management. Serves as project director and assists in the implementation of multiple federal and state grant awards and programs.

The North Fork Rancheria Indian Housing Authority is the Tribally Designated Housing Entity of the North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians of California and was established to implement and fulfill the Tribe’s housing programs and goals. The Board of Commissioners is an executive board responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirement and continues to further promote the Tribe’s objectives in housing and community development.

By Senate Bill 2 from the Second Extraordinary Session (SBX2 2), the Legislature established the LIOB to advise the Commission on low-income electric and gas customer issues and to serve as a liaison for the Commission to low-income ratepayers and representatives. Moreover, SBX2 2 required specific activities, which would enable the LIOB to advise the Commission. It also described the selection process and types of members allowed to serve on the LIOB. Additionally, SBX2 2 listed the Commission’s duties in conjunction with the LIOB.On October 7, 2005, the Governor of the State of California signed into law Senate Bill 580. SB 580 expanded the LIOB’s duties by including low-income water customer issues of which the LIOB can advise the Commission.On June 7, 2007 the Commission adopted Resolution E-4095 revising the Low Income Oversight Board Charter, which describes the governing structure for the LIOB, consistent with Section (§) 382.1 of the California Public Utilities Code.The LIOB membership consists of eleven Board members.

The Native American Advisory Committee was established to improve the government-to-government relationships between tribes and Caltrans. The Committee provides advice to Caltrans management about matters of interest or concern to the Tribes. The Committee contributes to Tribal Governments' ability to take advantage of transportation opportunities and to participate within Caltrans in planning, developing, and implementing transportation projects and services.

The Advisory Board's primary objective is to monitor and provide recommendations and guidance to the North Fork Rancheria Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Program. Tribal TANF funding provides flexibility in the design of welfare programs that promote work and responsibility and strengthen families.

Served dual role as Grants Manager and Transportation Planner. As Grants Manager, I was responsible for grant and project management in addition to providing professional and technical assistance in researching, planning, preparing, and submitting grant applications. As Transportation Planner, I coordinated, developed, and carried out planning to address transportation needs and goals. Primary duties included the management of FHWA Tribal Transportation Program funding. Accomplishments include the establishment of a Tribal Transit Program, and award of competitive funding from FTA.

Provided architectural design services for retail and commercial projects.
