With over 18 years of experience as a legal professional and executive, I am the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at WorldStrides, a global, multi-brand, private equity backed, group travel and educational services company. I am part of the Senior Executive Leadership Team and the chief legal officer of the organization, responsible for supervising all legal matters related to global acquisition growth (M&A), leading corporate change and transformation, managing the organization’s risks and compliance, and coordinating on daily legal matters with every part of organization. I have a proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation, arbitration, and mediation cases, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, overseeing a global insurance and risk management portfolio, and advising on labor and employment legal issues. I also have extensive experience in cross-border transactions, having led and supported multiple acquisitions and integrations of international businesses.
